A simulation, not an exchange
Spacestocks is a simulated stock exchange, built as a term project for the CENG453 course at Middle East Technical University (METU). It is not a real exchange, broker or investment firm.
No real money
No real money, securities or crypto-assets change hands on Spacestocks. Balances, prices and trades are made up. They have no cash value, and they cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for anything.
Not licensed, not advice
We are not licensed or authorised by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu, SPK) or any other regulator, and we do not provide investment services, investment advice or portfolio management.
Nothing on this site, in the blog or in the simulated exchange is investment advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Please do not base real investment decisions on it.
Simulated results
Results in a simulation say nothing about real returns. Real markets behave differently, and real investing carries risk, including the loss of the money you invest.
Made-up assets
Assets on Spacestocks, such as ORBT, are invented names. They do not stand for any real company, fund or security.
